The commercial agency department is headed up by Jake Smith a qualified RICS valuer alongside Karen Carter whom is well-regarded for being proactive and robust in negotiations together with George Trippick, also an RICS qualified valuer, and covers the western region from our Glastonbury office. The team is also supported by David Witherow of our Standerwick Office whom is a qualified RICS valuer and specialises in landlord and tenant work, valuations and surveys.

Our commercial agency offices are based in Warminster and Glastonbury, supported by our network of residential agency offices, which give us unique access and understanding of the local commercial markets throughout Wiltshire, Somerset and the South West.
